Many years ago when I first bought carynsolly.com, I asked a friend to recommend a host. TotalChoice Hosting fit the bill. Their customer service was good, and I even recommended them to many friends.
Never again.
On Wednesday, I noticed my domain was down. I couldn't log into my account. Since I couldn't log in, I couldn't submit a Support ticket. I also got a message online saying that my account was suspended! I pay my bill annually in the fall. I'm all paid, so I can't think of any reason my account would be suspended.
I never got an email notice about any of this.
I called the billing department. 4 times over 3 days. I got voicemail each time I called, and I left a message each time. I've gotten no calls back.
My site has been down for 3 days already, and now we're heading into the weekend with no signs that this will be cleared up any time soon.
This company clearly doesn't care about my business. I am so angry. I don't even know how else to contact them other than this one phone number I found on the site.
TotalChoice Hosting, call me back! I want my data back so I can take it elsewhere!
Thanks for nothing. I gave you 4 years of business and referred many other customers to you. And this is what I get. Real nice.
